Claire has been training with Renee and has lost 9.6kg's and 20cms!! What a huge effort Claire!! We are soo proud of you!!
Melody has lost 7.3kg's and 33cm's!! Here is what she had to say:

Ellie has been on her weight loss journey with us for the past 5 months, so far Ellie has so far lost 12.7kg's and 68cm's!! And is still losing body fat!! WOOHOO!!
"I have an ongoing problem in my lower spine where there is very little cushioning between my lower vertebrae. I have been to many chiropractors, physios and osteopaths who have all recommended I do workouts to keep good core strength and to maintain good back health to minimise pain.
Because of this I have been a full-time member at silhouette fitness for around 5 years. However, before Christmas I over-extended myself and injured it again. After several acupuncture sessions with my physio, I was back to the gym, but he did recommend that I get straight back to it, as I learnt such a thing as muscle memory, where if I did not work at it soon, then the muscles can go back to that old injury spot and give me more grief.
That’s when I went to see Jude and discussed what I could do to work at this. She was great at explaining how important it is to hold my core when exercising or just in any day to day lifting. From there she set up a plan and a program for me which I do now in conjunction with her classes, where she really targeted my problem areas to strengthen them. It is now up to me to maintain that and look after myself.
