Silhouette Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym specializing in Women's Health and Fitness here in Taupo.  Our staff are dedicated to providing you with professional quality and service.  

We provide a service like no other with a unique and personalized touch.  You will receive ongoing support, motivation, regular fitness programming and fun but challenging group fitness classes suitable for beginners to the more advanced.
