Radical Fitness Power
Power is unlike any other barbell class! Consisting of a warm up and following with 3 blocks of exercises. Each block works a different set of muscle groups, and each muscle group is worked three times; each time less repetitions are preformed allowing you to increase weight on your bar. This class allows you to challenge yourself, therefore reaching an incredible sense of achievement. Power will give you strength, endurance and definition.
Radical Fitness Power Cardio
The POWER CARDIO format combines the bar training blocks with simple and athletic AEROBIC training blocks to accentuate the aerobic and cardiovascular work. Each class of POWER is a completely new stimulus and a challenge for the muscles.
Spin is an indoor cycling Class created specifically to satisfy the needs of those who love to burn calories and cycle! Based on real life Road and Mountain Biking techniques. With spin, you have a 45-55 minute session to burn calories and release stress. Tone up those legs and bums while also training the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
Beat boxin is just as fun as it sounds. You will apply boxing techniques and exercises to energetic and motivating music. This will keep you working out to the beat! It combines a great cardio workout while giving you all over conditioning and in only 45 minutes.
Power Stretch/Gravity Yoga
Power stretch is targeted flexibility training led by our awesome physiotherapist and certified flexibility coach. It focuses on the areas of the body most prone to flexibility issues and consists of intense sustained stretches designed for all abilities.
Barre fitness gives you the satisfaction of doing a full-body workout, while teaching you grace, poise and posture. This style takes the strength and technique exercises preformed in ballet to create a high intensity, low impact workout; following which a 15 minute deep stretch concludes the session. Perfect for those who wish to strengthen and condition their legs, bums and tums. This is a workout like you have never experienced before!
Booty and Core
This popular class needs no introduction! A 45min low or high impact core and booty blast that tones, shapes and strengthens. It also goes beyond just core conditioning and aims to target those areas most sensitive to alot of women - tummy, hips, booty and thighs!! Using bodyweight, swiss balls, light weights, pilates rings and booty bands you will strengthen your core, build your booty and tone your legs. Let's get into shape and feels the burn!
Bodies by Barre
Bodies by barre is a blend of cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs and arms. This class is great for beginners right through to advanced. Bodies by Barre finishes with 15 minutes of gentle stretching.
